Refund policy
3.1 Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or refunds for picnic boxes, platters, pop up picnics or events.
3.2 If you are unhappy with a homewares product purchased from our Online Store, email us at cleverlittlepicnic@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, in which case we can provide you with a full refund on return of items (with costs of return to be met by you). Clever Little Picnic will not be liable and has no responsibility for any costs or expenses incurred in you undertaking such action.
3.3 If any product purchased from our Online Store is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description (Defective Product) then please contact us by email at cleverlittlepicnic@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with a photo of the relevant product. Once we have reviewed the photos and are satisfied that the product is a Defective Product, we can at our election provide you with a full refund or a replacement product (if available).
3.4 If we are unable to deliver you alcohol as part of your Order on account of you not being able to provide the necessary identification as set out in clause 6, we will provide you with a refund of the price of the alcohol forming part of the Order (determined at our discretion acting reasonably) within 14 days.
