☔ Rebooking Policy

The trail runs all year round.
However, we understand that plans change—you can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.

🍽️ Dietary Requirements & Allergies

We understand that dietary needs are important and always do our best to accommodate where possible.

While not every stop can cater to all requirements, many participating venues offer:

• Gluten-free
• Vegetarian
• Dairy-free options (upon request)

Your picnic map will guide you to locations that may have suitable alternatives.

Please note:

• Food is prepared by our local partner venues, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment
• Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can assist where possible
• We intentionally don’t disclose the full menu to preserve the element of surprise
• Offerings may vary depending on seasonal menus and availability
• Ice packs are not provided—please bring one (and a cooler bag) if you plan to take refrigerated items home
