Trail Tip: Once you’ve collected all your delicious trail goodies, you’re free to enjoy your picnic however you like but we recommend staying right here in beautiful Semaphore to make the most of your day.

One of the best spots is the Semaphore Foreshore Reserve, just across the esplanade perfect for laying out your picnic blanket or if you don’t have a picnic mat there are public undercover seating available. 

Semaphore is also home to unique attractions that make your outing extra special. On certain days of the year, you’ll find the Semaphore train running along the foreshore as well as the much-loved carousel.
